A Model for More Effective Leadership
The following chart shows the WSA model. The model focuses attention on customers (red) and processes (blue) that weave their way throughout. The three key leadership elements are Vision, Alignment and Deployment. Organizations that perform well in these areas have developed work systems to ensure these factors are effectively addresses within the organization.
When contemplating significant changes, the organization diagnostic system helps the executive team understand what other actions they need to take to enable these three elements to be properly addressed.
